Roof damage:
mitigation involves taking immediate steps to prevent further damage after a storm or incident. This includes covering exposed areas with tarps, repairing minor leaks, and removing debris to reduce stress on the roof structure.

Property Flood:
mitigation involves strategies to reduce a property's vulnerability to flooding, including both structural and non-structural measures. These measures can range from simple steps like sealing basements to more complex projects like elevating a home or constructing floodwalls.

Fire Damnage:
remediation is the process of cleaning up and repairing damage caused by a fire, with the goal of restoring the property to its pre-fire condition. This process involves removing debris, cleaning soot and smoke, addressing water damage, and potentially repairing or replacing damaged structures and contents.

Tree/Stump Removal
involves clearing trees and their remaining stumps, often by grinding or chemically treating them to facilitate decomposition and removal. Common methods include stump grinding, chemical treatment (like Epsom salts or potassium nitrate), and manual removal by digging or burning.
